Increased minor version for Metadata Portal Tomcat deployment. Apparently the postgresql JDBC update is functional and the Hibernate ORM object–relational mapping appears to work - at least for Read-Only operations. Further testing will be needed to see if Read-Write and Idempotent functionality is preserved.
