dev/spring-2 [osh/word_eval] Introduce part_value.ExtGlob()
This will help with implementing extended globs in both the glob() and
fnmatch() contexts.
Some other refactoring of the WordEvaluator. We have 2 functions that
turn part_value_t into strings, and we might want to consolidate them.
